Privacy policy

This policy explains how IDS handles personal data on this website and in the apps presented here. Each app has an annex with the details of what it collects. When the annex and this policy address the same point, the annex applies.
Who is the controller
The controller of the data is INTELIGENCIA DE DADOS E SERVICOS DE DESENVOLVIMENTO LTDA, CNPJ 57.459.203/0001-68, with its registered office at Av. Paulista, 1471, sala 1110, Bela Vista, São Paulo/SP, CEP 01311-927. The data protection officer (DPO) contact is at the end of this page.
Principles we follow
- Minimal collection: only what the product needs to work.
- No sale of data: we do not sell or rent personal data.
- No third-party ads in our apps.
- Secrets on the server: service keys never live inside the apps.
- Access control in the database: each person can access only their own data.
On this website
The website does not use tracking cookies or load an analytics tool configured by IDS. The hosting provider may process technical access logs to deliver and protect the website. If you contact us by email, we use your name, email and message to respond to your request and keep the conversation for as long as it is needed for that relationship.
Your rights
Under LGPD (art. 18), you may request at any time:
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
- correction of incomplete or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
- portability of your data;
- deletion of data processed with your consent;
- information about the entities with which we share your data;
- withdrawal of consent.
In apps that offer this feature, you can export and delete your account from the account screen itself. For any other request, write to the DPO. We respond within 15 days.
Processors and international transfers
We use providers to host, authenticate and bill, listed in each annex. Some of them process data outside Brazil. In those cases, the transfer relies on the grounds in art. 33 of LGPD, such as contractual clauses and the need to perform the service you requested.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), per-user access control in the database, secrets kept out of the code, and access logs. No system is infallible. If an incident occurs that may pose a risk to you, we will notify you and the ANPD (Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority).
App audiences
Each app’s documents describe its intended audience and any age requirements.
Changes to this policy
When we change something important, we will notify you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
Data protection officer (DPO)
Requests and questions about personal data go to the email address shown alongside, with the subject “LGPD”. You may also file a complaint with the ANPD.
